At Cookieman, our loaded cookies are the product of more than sixty years of baking experience, baked fresh in our Sydney oven and built with over 95 percent Australian ingredients.

Every loaded cookie is designed around one idea. A crisp, bakery-style outside, a soft, molten centre, and a level of filling that makes every bite feel like a proper sweet treat. Warm one through for 10 to 20 seconds in the microwave and you've got that fresh-from-the-tray experience at home, no queue required.

Our take on the loaded cookie

A standard cookie weighs 40 to 70 grams and bakes to a clean snap. A loaded cookie is a different animal. Ours sit between 100g and 150g, hold their height in the oven, and stay deliberately underbaked through the middle so the fillings inside are still warm and glossy when you break one open.

We chill every dough ball before it hits the tray, bake hot and fast so the edges crisp while the centre stays soft, and leave the surface rough for that craggy, handmade profile. Sixty-plus years of baking in Australia shows up in the details, from real chocolate and premium ingredients through to dairy-free options that keep the same thick, gooey texture as our originals.
